Equity membership at Woodfield Country Club is available in two categories. The standard equity membership is inclusive of complete tennis and social privileges plus a specified number of access privileges to the golf course in a year. The full equity membership, on the other hand, is inclusive of all the privileges this country club can offer.
With a total population of around 4,000, Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton offers a variety of living and lifestyle opportunities for all demographics. Standard equity membership at Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton
Standard equity membership at Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton includes complete tennis and social privileges. Woodfield Country Club membership fees for standard equity members cover the standard equity contribution of $38,000, non-refundable initiation fee of $60,000, and annual standard dues of $18,234 (inclusive of annual standard operating dues and annual standard capital dues). 7.0% Florida sales tax is not yet included.
Members with standard equity membership only have a limited number of uses of the 18-hole golf course. During the in-season (October 15 to May 15), standard equity members have three golf uses, limited to one use per week, during Mondays to Thursdays at any time and during Fridays to Sundays and holidays after 12:00 pm. During the off-season (May 15 to October 14), standard equity members have seven golf uses, not limited to one use per week, during Tuesdays to Thursdays at any time and during Fridays to Sundays and holidays after 12:00 pm. Golf usage per membership (not per person) constitutes one tee time for up to four players, including the use of the driving range 60 minutes before said tee time on the same day. Standard equity members may bring up to three guests per golf usage.
As for club voting privileges, standard equity members have one vote per membership.
Should a standard equity member desire to sell their Woodfield Country Club home, they are entitled to a refund of 25% of the current standard equity price at the time of the property’s sale.
Full equity membership at Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton
Full equity membership at Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton includes complete tennis, golf, and social privileges. Woodfield Country Club membership fees for full equity members cover the full equity contribution of $45,000, non-refundable initiation fee of $80,000, and annual full dues of $24,492 (inclusive of full operating dues, mandatory annual cart fee, and full capital dues). 7.0% Florida sales tax is not yet included.
Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton has a cap of 425 full equity memberships. This type of membership is based on availability, so it’s best to inquire about this from the Membership Office.
Members with full equity membership have full golf and tennis privileges without restriction and do not have to pay greens fees. The mandatory annual cart fee already includes carts for full equity members and their guests. Full equity members may also request tee times of up to 14 days in advance through the Tee Time Reservation System.
Full equity members are not restricted to the number of guests they can bring per day. However, guests have limited usage. During the in-season, each guest is limited to four rounds during Mondays to Thursdays after 10:30 am and during Fridays to Sundays and holidays after 12:00 pm. During the off-season, guests of full equity members are limited to four rounds per guest at any time.
As for club voting privileges, full equity members have two votes per membership.
Once a full equity member puts their Woodfield Country Club up for sale, they are entitled to a 25% refund of their standard portion upon the sale of the property. Full equity members will also receive a 25% refund of their golf equity portion upon closing if they have transferability and if their buyer purchases a golf membership.
Other membership perks at Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton
Your standard or full equity membership will become active once the club receives the paperwork from the closing and has scheduled your membership orientation. During the orientation, you will receive your membership numbers and other important instructions. In addition to the above-mentioned privileges, members of Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton are also entitled to full privileges of these amenities.
Tennis privileges
The Tennis Industry magazine recognized Woodfield Country Club as the Private Club of the Year for its year-round tennis programs that include play, private lessons, boot camps, clinics, teams, and leagues for all ages and skill levels. The club was also recognized by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) as the Private Facility of the Year for its unparalleled amenities, including the 9,200-square-foot full-service Tennis Pro Shop.
Woodfield Country Club has 20 tennis courts that include seven HydroCourts, 12 Har-Trus, and one Decoturf Hard-Court. 18 of these are well-lit at night for high-quality night play.
Standard and full equity members of Woodfield Country Club have tennis privileges without restriction. Guests may play during primetime as long as they are playing with at least two standard or full members. Guests may also use the tennis courts no more than 12 times during in-season, limited to one use per week; and 18 times during off-season, limited to two uses per week. Court fees apply per person and guests of standard and full members are charged $15 per person.
To request court times, members may go online, call the dedicated Chelsea phone number at 561.995.5251, or call the Tennis Pro Shop up to 30 days in advance. For reservations within the next five days, members may call the Tennis Pro Shop.
Gym privileges
The Cascades Fitness Complex, also known as the Fitness Center, is a 38,000-square-foot facility with a good number of rooms for members and their guests to work out, stretch, relax, and do various kinds of fitness and wellness activities. It features state-of-the-art equipment and offers group fitness classes that include everything from yoga and Zumba to aquacise and body sculpting. The Fitness Center also features a Cycle Studio and 12 Pelotons. Outside of the Fitness Center, members can maintain their fit and active lifestyle through the country club’s complimentary exercise demos, 5k races, and triathlons.
Members of Woodfield Country Club with standard and full equity membership can use the Fitness Center without restriction. All kids 9 to 15 years old must complete a Junior Certification Program to use the Fitness Center, while those who are 9 to 11 years old are allowed to use the facilities from 4:00 to 8:00 pm during in-season (November 1 to April 30) and after 10:00 am during off-season (May to October 31), as long as they are supervised by a parent. Kids 12 to 15 years old may use the facilities during regular hours of operation.
Guests of the members may also use the Fitness Center with some limitations. Day guests must be accompanied by the member at all times and may use the Fitness Center no more than 12 times in a year, unless if issued a house guest pass. During in-season, guests may use the Fitness Center after 11:00 am and after 10:00 am during the off-season. Day guests must pay $16 per person, while house guests have no additional charge as it is already included in the fee for the house guest pass.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
If you have a standard equity membership, you might want to upgrade to a full equity membership. Woodfield Country Club has a cap of 425 full equity memberships and is based on availability. As long as a full equity membership is available, a standard equity member may upgrade at any time by paying the difference in equity and dues.
If you have a full equity membership and want to downgrade to a standard equity membership, you may do so through the Equity Exchange Program. Eligible full equity members who wish to downgrade may contact the Membership Office for more information.
When are payments for membership fees due?
Membership fees due at the closing or sale of the Woodfield Country Club home are the equity contribution payment, initiation fee payment, and the prorated dues for the current fiscal year, which is November 1 to October 31. These need to be paid in full at the closing.
Who’s included in my membership?
Membership at Woodfield Country Club applies to the member/homeowner, the member’s spouse or single designee, and unmarried children under 25 years old who live at home or attend school on a full-time basis. Legacy privileges can also be purchased for children 25 years of age or older and who are living at home.
What are my payment options?
At the start of each fiscal year, members of Woodfield Country Club can pay dues in full at a cash-discounted rate. You may also opt to take advantage of the 10-month Dues Installment Plan. Contact the Membership Office for eligibility.
Can I invite guests?
Members may bring day guests as long as they are accompanied by the member. They are subject to guest fees and may use the tennis, golf, and fitness facilities with some limitations. On the other hand, guests with a house guest pass may come over unaccompanied.
Day guests may enjoy the pool and dining amenities without restrictions and additional charge.
House guest passes can be purchased for $30 per person with a four-day validity and $85 per person with a two-week validity. A four-week house guest pass is available for non-Florida residents for $125 only. The same person can be issued a house guest pass multiple times as long as there is a 30-day break in between. The 30-day break is waived for immediate family members from November 1 to February 15.
Are children allowed to play golf?
The golf course at Woodfield Country Club is outfitted with PGA Family Golf Courses markers, making it safe and inclusive for all members across the age spectrum to enjoy. The PGA-sanctioned golf course has two additional tees with distances specially designed for young players’ ability levels. Junior golf programs, camps, clinics, and lessons are available for kids. There are also parent-junior tournaments and specialty junior tournaments.
Can I tour Woodfield Country Club?
If you are a non-member and are looking to buy a property in Woodfield Country Club Boca Raton, you can tour the club as long as you are accompanied by your Realtor. Our real estate agents at Entel Luxury Homes are authorized to tour our clients through Woodfield Country Club. Tours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:15 am to 3:30 pm. The tour may last about one hour, and we advise that you wear comfortable walking shoes.
Are there miscellaneous fees?
Miscellaneous fees include an annual food and beverage minimum — $2500 for family and $1,250 for single — which covers all restaurant purchases, takeout food, catering, and some club events. Alcoholic drinks are also counted in the food and beverage minimum if you sign the Food & Beverage Minimum Disclosure and Release.
There is also an annual fitness locker fee of $280 (full) or $240 (half), an annual golf locker fee of $175, and an annual tennis locker fee of $125.
Note that all miscellaneous fees do not yet include the 7.0% Florida sales tax.
Woodfield Country Club is a non-tipping club, so members are not allowed to give tips for valet, golf locker room, and bag storage area services. A 20% gratuity is also automatically added for dining.
