2. Standard equity members, on the other hand, enjoy complete tennis and social privileges, with limited use of the club’s golf facilities. The buy-in for standard equity membership is $38,000 with a $45,000 non-refundable initiation fee. Annual dues in this category cost $16,830.

Regardless of equity type, all members can access the club’s dining, fitness, pickleball, pool facilities, as well as various scheduled social activities.

Membership covers the member’s spouse or single designee, and unmarried children under 25 years of age. Members can also buy legacy privileges for children living at home but are age 25 and older.

Annual membership fees can be paid in full or on a 10-month installment plan.
